Business Leader of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Sarajevo, 10/07/09The most successful private business system in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) comprises ASA and Prevent companies with annual revenues of 408 million Euros. Based on Poslovne novine survey „Top 100 in BiH“ this business system was second in the terms of revenues second to the public electric company „Elektroprivreda BiH“ with 463 million Euros revenues in 2008. Third placed is the world’s leader in production of steal and iron ArcelorMittal with revenue of around 366 million Euros followed by two public mobile phone operators BH Telecom and Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske, and Aluminij from Mostar.
Humanitarian action in support of the Hastor Foundation
Sarajevo, 24/12/08 The ASA Art Gallery was the venue of an auction of selected works by renowned Bosnian artists Hamo Ibrulj and Sead Čerkez. All the proceeds from the auction were aimed at supporting the education of the scholars of the Hastor Foundation.
The Hastor Foundation provides funding for more scholars
Sarajevo, 15/12/08 Fifty three students from Bosnia and Herzegovina signed a funding agreement with the Hastor Foundation last weekend, which now brings the number of scholars supported by the Foundation for the 2008/2009 academic year to 811.
